About This Class
Crochet 101: Basics
In this class, we'll learn all the crochet basics that you need to get started. Whether your goal is to make cute stuff for yourself and your friends, or to possibly start a small business, these lessons will put you on the right track.
In this class you will learn:
- Needle sizes and uses
- How to start a crochet project and making a chain
- Making a Single Crochet Stitch
- Half Double Crochet Stitch
- Double Crochet Stitch
- Treble Crochet Stitch/Double Treble Crochet
- Color Changing
- Attaching two pieces together
For the class project, we'll make a cute yet very simple cup/bottle cozy, using the basic stitches we've learned.
